Entry form and payment must be received by September 1, 2019. The fee is $325. Payments can be made by:

1. Interac e-Transfer sent to fitzroyharboursoccerclub@gmail.com. . PLEASE make sure you include your team name and contact information in the transfer instructions. Note: our Bank has been set-up to automatically accept e-Transfers

2. Cheques made out to Fitzroy Harbour Soccer Club and mailed to the following address. Mark “Fitzroy Soccer Tournament” on the envelope. Please be sure to include your contact information, team name and requested division as well.
