INTERAC PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. To complete your payment, email a money transfer to fitzroyharboursoccerclub@gmail.com.

2. Your email should specify both your name and the team you are registering for. Please make it as obvious as possible (i.e. John Doe, Wanderers)

3. Be sure to send the password in a separate email to fitzroyharboursoccerclub@gmail.com. Use all lower case characters in the password. Please only send the password if your financial institution doesn’t support automatic deposits.

Agreement

In consideration of the acceptance of my membership in the Ontario Soccer Association, District Association and Club, I, the participant, agree as follows:

I am the player being registered and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
I understand that I cannot play in any sanctioned soccer game until after this registration form has been validated and the registration data has been entered in The Ontario Soccer Association\’s computerized registration system.
I am aware of The Ontario Soccer Association, Fitzroy Harbour Soccer Club and League bylaws, policies, rules and regulations and agree to abide by them and to be bound by them.
I accept sole responsibility for my personal possessions and athletic equipment.
